Anyone wishing to fish in the Netherlands requires written permission from the fishing rights holder. Usually this is a fishing association affiliated with Sportvisserij Nederland. In that case, this permission consists of a VISpas with a list of fishing waters. You will receive these documents when you become a member of an affiliated fishing club. Anyone who wants to fish in Elburg waters must purchase a VISpas from HSV De Poepenkolk. This can of course be done through the association itself, but also at various resellers.
