Molen de Tijd, an octagonal grain mill, and the adjacent miller's house date from 1854. Over the years, several buildings have been added, such as a hammer mill in 1896, a granary in 1920 and a large hall in 1960. All buildings have been preserved with their authentic original features. details and elements restored into a bakery, bakery shop, chocolate shop, ice cream parlor, and catering area with conservatory and terrace. All these components flow smoothly into each other and together form the 'Worldwide Unique Bakery' concept. The mill is generally open on all working days, feel free to come in.

Bakker Jan-Aart Schuld from Oldebroek has saved the mill from destruction with the purchase of the De Tijd mill. In 2018 there was a thorough restoration with a beautiful result. On August 27, 1886, Bakkerij Schuld was registered in the trade register. The basis for the bakery's success in 2020 lies in the recipe that was used from the very beginning. The cozy shop is not only filled with the smell of freshly baked bread. Here you can also experience the nostalgia of our forefathers. After all, they still use the recipe from back then for the products today. There is plenty of choice in breads, rolls, cakes and pastries.

In the brasserie you can enjoy a freshly made sandwich, a cup of coffee or tea with or without pastries or a tasty cookie. Drinking with a good glass of wine or specialty beer, with or without a tasty snack board, is also possible.
